Is there interest? A credit check?

NO! That's the great thing about using Sezzle, it's super simple. There is no interest ever. No hidden fees either. There is also no impact to your credit. Using Sezzle does not affect your credit score.

Does my order ship immediately?

YES! When you complete a purchase with Sezzle, we ship your product immediately and email you your tracking as we normally would - so you get to enjoy your tools before you’re even finished paying for it!

How does it work exactly?

Will I receive reminders to payments?

Can my purchase be declined or rejected by Sezzle?

Yes. There are a few reasons your order could have been rejected. Sezzle assesses each order individually and takes into account multiple factors. One of the main factors is if you have enough funds available, how many orders you have outstanding with Sezzle and the overall amount outstanding, and the overall amount of the order you’re trying to place (lowering the amount can often help).

What can I do if Sezzle declined my order?

If you want to know more information about why you were declined, you can call Sezzle directly at +1 (888) 540-1867, just press option 1 for shoppers and they can explain more. Keep in mind, you can check out as normal using a credit card or debit card if you want to get the order in.
