When Will I Receive My Order?

Most orders ship same day if you order before 2:00 Eastern time. Orders received later in the day typically will ship the next business day. Some larger items shipped from a manufacturer can have an extra day of processing time. Expedited and next day shipping options are available at checkout.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Your shipping price will vary depending on the type of product you are ordering and how quickly you need it. We usually run a free shipping over $x promotion. If you don’t see a free shipping offer in the navigation of our website give us a call. Customer Service will be able to help you with a free shipping option.

What Carrier Will Deliver My Order?

Most items by default ship FedEx or UPS. But, we will use whatever carrier can get your supplies to you the quickest. FedEx, UPS, United States Post Office, or DHL shipping options are available. Please contact us, if you have a special carrier request.

Emergency Orders

If you are in emergency need of equipment, we recommend you give us a call 862-266-0677. Speak with customer service to confirm you get your supplies when you need them.

International Shipping

We only ship to the United States. We will occasionally deliver to Canada in special situations. If you live in Canada and would like to place an order, please contact customer support.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking # as soon as your package ships, so you can pinpoint exactly when it will arrive. If you have any questions about your shipment, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
