About the EaCo Chem OneRestore Glass

EacoChem OneRestore Glass is a commercial-grade restoration detergent and stain remover that has a wide range of applications and substrates. This chemical has a wide range of uses but is most commonly used for removing dimensional pollution stains and removing white scum from very porous brick.

OneRestore has many advantages including that it removes virtually all stains including mineral and metal oxide, and cleans multiple substrates without damaging or changing the color of any of the substrates you use it on. You can be sure this product will come in handy in removing those tougher stains.

Low Odor

Many hospitals have been cleaned with OneRestore® while they were open and contractors have not had to cover air intakes.

Safe for Glass and Anodized Aluminum

OneRestore® has been proven time and again to be safe for glass and anodized aluminum frames. Simply do not allow the products to dry on the surfaces, rinse while wet. OneRestore, an acidic-based cleaner, is not only safe for glass and anodized but will clean them as well. OneRestore® IS a great choice for restoring limestone since there is no need to cover windows or frames.

Burn Removal

This is a special application that requires communication with the manufacturer. This would include streaks and burns on sensitive stone, block, and brick. OneRestore® achieves a uniform result.

Ask a Question
  • Could this take off white residue from apply Densicrete concrete sealer on previous sealed Exposed aggregate. Densicrete is a densifier

This product may not work as desired in this situation. Our product experts would recommend a solvent based product, such as Titan Oil Flo.

  • Does this product have any interaction with stucco sided houses?

This product can be used on stucco. However, as with all products, we suggest testing a small area for desired results before full application.

  • Can this be used to remove soot and smoke from a fire?

This product removes a multitude of stains, and we would suggest you follow the Pre-Testing guidlines in this form HERE for best results.

  • Does this product require a neutralizing agent?

Hi Michael, usually it can be used on its own, started off as a 1:1 mix with water, then adding more chemical as needed.

  • Do you dilute restoreone?

No, you do not. Check out the User Instructions download under the "Resource and Downloads" on the product page for instructions. https://windowcleaner.com/eaco-chem-onerestore

  • It states that -- 'Coverage rates vary from 75 – 250 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the surface' So, how long would a gallon last for dirty but not filthy residential home restoration /cleaning?? Can't decide between 1 or 5 choice...

It honestly depends on the square footage, how much restoration you are doing, and what surface you are using it on. It's a pretty hefty chemical. I would try a couple of gallons to be on the safe side.

  • Is it safe to use this on tinted Windows? A customer have a problem with stains from concrete water on their Windows. But the glass is lightly blue tinted. Cc 550 Will destroy The tint.

If the tint is on the inside and you are using the cleaner on the outside, it is safe.

  • Does this product remove acid etching graffiti from windows?

No, this will remove surface stains, not acid etching.

  • Hello, I am repurposing glass from thermopane windows into different art projects (picture frame glass, glass etched suncatchers, etc) and much of the glass I've gotten is from panes replaced due to fogging from broken seals. The whitish deposits are easy to clean off but on many they also have a 'mottling' that appears as rather large dots, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch in diameter that does not clean off. It has been suggested by some that this might be the light tin coating that glass has from manufacture and the mottling is where hydroflouric acid caused by the condensation has removed it, producing the uneven mottling. Does the OneRestore remove this? Also, is it possible to get a small quantity, like 1/2 oz., as a sample so I can try it on a spot to make sure before ordering an entire gallon of the material? Thanks.

You may be able to get a small sample from a chemical manufacturer. We do not sell it in that small of a quantity. As far as how it would react to the mottling, you will have to experiment with it.
