Damage Waiver Form

The Damage Waiver Form is a Word Document that is completely editable in Microsoft Word. Use this customer waiver on residential jobs for pre-existing damages, i.e. screens with pre-existing damage, windows that have been painted shut, and storm windows separating from the framing.
