Absolutely.

I have been trying to mimic him and Luke. Take what they do and find my rhythm.

That blade needs to be dry before every pull down otherwise you’re leaving all kinds of streaks behind. The importance of a dry critical edge is key. Experienced cleaners also don’t leave behind anything that needs wiping at the top or sides. A+ on bottom sill and door cleanup though

Could you explain? New to the window cleaning business so not sure what’s wrong with the video, seems like a good job to me.

Never mind. Didn’t read through all the comments. So wet blade was the only problem?

Just to let you know there is nothing wrong with his video or technique. When your going straight pull like that it all about the angle of your squeegee channel.
He explains his technique in many of his videos.Check out his series of YouTube videos.

Thank you so much! I couldn’t find anything wrong with the video so I was curious as to what People with more experience may have seen.

Any time.

There are a lot of great threads on the forum that cover this technique.

Exactly. And as we can se on the video he details the top as a last thing, so streaks up there will be gone.

Watch his transitions like at 0:34 and 1:47.

It’s these little things that speed up the jobs.

Wrong. I am new and can do multiple straight pulls without drying blade between pulls with 0 streaks. @wcs said…angles.

Thanks to Steve O I’m doing things the easy way and earning more per hour. He’s given me permission to go back to the basic skills. Money making skills! Some of the guys on YouTube impressed me so much that showing off became more important to me than making a living. KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid. A slogan to live by. Thanks Steve O
