All I can say is TMF and WCR are 2 very different places. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, I think carpet cleaners can learn a lot from window cleaners and the other way around too. our industries are very similar.
My brother is a window cleaner on this forum, I just got off of the phone with him, we spent an hour talking about business, web sites, marketing, I love the fresh angle that I get from him, and this forum that i don’t find from other carpet cleaners. Sometimes you can be too close to your own business to see the simple things that are obviously good changes, it just takes a new pair of eyes to spot the problems.
Sorry for making the thread longer, but I just wanted to add my 2 cents.

Well, now I’m thinking about the whole thing… I didn’t give it a lot of EXTRA thought before.
