Yes, you can choose your “target” demographic with FB ads Skipper.

on facebook, we target by using the map and dropping pins in areas where we want to do service. We then narrow it down to men/women 35+

Are you boosting ads or doing ad campaigns to hit your target market?

So your saying…

-signs

are your “go to” at the current moment?

campaigns… we just finished up 2 week round of 8 ads going at once. We average 3-5 calls a day from facebook. Mainly Low Pressure House Washing, but we push all services to all prospects

Thanks for sharing Kyle.

Sounds like the campaigns are working well for you!

always thought the boosts were a waste of marketing $$$$

I agree!

Thought i would add, i had one boosted post that work well… (Hard Water Stain removal)

Campaign ads have work though…

But most boosted post get breezed over.

Hello Kyle. I am on Facebook and cannot located where I can “drop pins” on the map. Could you please tell me where on Facebook Ads I can locate?

Thank you.

you have to use power editor. Click ad manager then top left you should find power editor. lots more options. Hope this helps!

EDDM to our two ‘best’ neighborhoods every other week. Alternating back a forth between them.
Sending out emails to all last years customers letting them know we will be getting super busy and would love to give them first choice on our Spring schedule.
Calling everyone we did work for in first quarter last year and getting them set up for repeat service this year.

Always doing 5 arounds and if it is slow just driving thru neighborhoods looking for homes that could use our services. (Dirty driveways, mossy roofs, etc) and dropping service specific flyers on them. Always have a targeted flyer for any homes for sale also…

Probably forgot some things but…always be marketing!
