“the schedule is filling up fast” but you also have to create a limited number of slots (rarity principal from kD). Perhaps only offer the coupon to the first 20, 40, 100 people who schedule.
I could see doing the “limited spots” for new prospects but I’ve already built a relationship with these guys so I dont believe pressuring them will be much help. I do understand where you are coming from tho and that approach works well.
So what wording did you decide to go with…
Jump on our schedule
75 degrees plus for the past 2 weeks seems to have done the trick and it’s free! The best kind of roi
Best ROI is keeping in touch with current customers… upsells and addons and annual servicing reminders.
I like that…
But personally i would change that heading if it’s going out to existing customers to
“A Company You DO Trust In Your Home”
So is everyone’s phone blowing up?
So far what has work best in regards to your spring marketing…
Mine has been referrals from current customers base!
My biggest response so far in getting residential jobs has been from door hangers. Any time during work hours that I don’t have paying work scheduled, I walk neighborhoods and put out as many door hangers as I can. So far I’ve averaged about a 0.5% response rate, 75% of which convert to an actual job. I just recently ordered more and have changed them to advertise special flat-rate pricing with an expiration date at the end of August. I’ll keep the boards updated with how that affects the response.
Commercial work has come primarily from outright solicitation. Once I have a decent paying job (maybe 50 dollars or more per visit) I just walk door to door in the vicinity with my gear on and offer to wash their windows on the same schedule as the larger job. Usually I can pick up a handful of small satellite jobs making 10 bucks for small shops with 2 or 3 panes that boost my total hourly rate quite nicely. Every visit out I try to expand my territory and bid as many new locations as I can.
Something along the line of relating to your sign.
“Don’t Get Stuck in Traffic…”
Here’s your Sign! Call now. Haha.
This is what I use to drive business in the county areas of San Diego, Las Vegas and Seattle.
