I agree with everything @streakerfree is saying . The shots are a good way to go. You would have to do them 1x a maonth. The Testpil is inserted into your lower back it last about 3-4months I did it 3 times . I think the gel is evertday a silicone type gel you rub on your arms an shoulder.
Ya you have to see a urologist he will check your levels through blood work , an give you a script or schedule a time to insert the time realesed capsule. It wasn’t that bad I’m not into needles so … ya I know he did have to use needles I’m sure to numb up your back an then insert. Lol but rather them do it them me.

At least get your levels checked. You can raise your Testosterone through working out also. Mainly by doing squats. Your legs are the biggest muscle in your body so you would release test through your bloodstream from the pump from squats

" Squats are king".

I know how to " raise the levels"
Just never got “tested” for my levels, never had the need or will. Thats why I asked if it was something over the counter.
One of the guys that trains where I do, used to(bjj/MMA school) has a rejuvenation type clinic, dude is ripped ha-ha, alot of the older guys still training go to his clinic to get test pills, etc.
By older I mean, 40s+

How did you go about your certifications? I’m starting to get my passion back for lifting and nutrition!
