Washer & Dryer

Hi Everyone!

My washer and dryer are on their way out. Need to buy a new one and have no idea where to start. Was wondering what you all use to get your towels and mops clean. We run 3 truck, and probably do 2-4 loads a day in the summer. Less in the winter obviously. Looking for something that will stand up to the wear and tear over time.

Thanks!

Visit a laundromat near you, they might have an old commercial one to sell? The way they get used it would probably last forever. Serviceable too.

I forgot to add, they need to be stackable. Don’t have room for a side by side setup…

Make sure it can take abuse! Get the one the guys can’t break.

Lots of the “big box” brands are made in the same factory these days. I have a pair of whirlpool front loaders that my wife loves. They have washed my rags for two years now without a complaint.

We have a pair of top loaders we purchased a few year back, nothing special, only used for rags. Gets used a few days a week.

unless it’s really high end. all major appliances are generally made by same companies. we have a couple friends in heating and air and appliances

I don’t think there is anything “heavy duty” that comes in stackable.

If you want heavy duty, years of use, buy commercial speed queen.

Visit a laundromat near you. Then visit the same laundromat later to pick up your washed and folded rags.

Good luck with the don’t put dryer sheets in. I just found a laundromat that will do it my way. 20 bucks well spent. Have to have twice the rags but that’s fine.
