Wagtail Jetstream - how much water flow do you need?

There is scope for even more innovation here. Basicly we are all looking to produce a cascade of water on the glass, on hydrophyllic and, as far as possible, on hydrophobic too. What is needed is for Unger to make what others are dreaming about but so far are selling us prototype quality. It is a good thing that many window cleaners are happy to modify and repair brand new gear. By the way, the Jetstream has been dropped from supply by Wagtail as far as I can make out and replaced by the latest Wave (a water-fed High Flyer). Has anyone used this latest version? I use a Jetstream now and again on regularly cleaned hydrophobic.

Unfortunately the wave still uses that godawful clear hose with holes punched in it. Havenā€™t used it myself but reports on it are positive with the dual pivot.

@anon35812390 Which rinse bar is this please? Looks a perfect fit.

I have on of the first version of the jet stream. With the Zero Pure and the Hydrotube I can get water out of all the jets. Thatā€™s a flow rate of 1/2 gpm. The rinse bar is almost touching the glass so it does not need to go far. I have one customer who does lots of big commercial jobs in Ohio. He bought one of these 5 years ago and thatā€™s all they use now. He loves them and says the microfiber pad cleans great for him.

mine is awful got it 6mos ago use it once for wfp.

prefer our brushes. i did remove rinse bar setup which lame and used it as a hand tool. i liked the concept so got the hiflyer 14". its my go to tool for pole and inside work.

thing i also didnā€™t like about the one for wfp mine wasnt made out of aluminum but hard plastic. the plastic warped on me so its completely useless. iā€™ll remove pivot and handle and just use it with another channel

Thatā€™s my original CB jets with pips from a lawn sprinkler bar inserted (the way cannons should have been done ). This is still in use. Hasnā€™t missed a beat.
