is there a program out there other than quickbooks to help me track my customers and there required maintenance schedule? it’s time consuming and trying to stay organized with client individual needs.

Customer Factor is great and it will link up to your quickbooks account.

I’m currently shopping for a CRM that integrates with Responsibid. Jobber has me intrigued. What makes you say they might not stay around?

tcf integrates with responsid and is expanded their integration for scheduling with it.
very inexpensive, very powerful, constantly improving.

Checking them out too. Do they offer the email and text reminders? Our customers love that we offer that.
