Title says it all. I was contacted by the BBB yesterday and was hoping I could find some first-hand knowledge here from people that HAVE used them.
How long have you used them?
How is your RoI?

Depends on the target market. Only those from the WWII generation would go to the site to check and see if you’re listed.

I pay the fee for accreditation. Just renewed for my second year. I get quite a few leads from BBB. It’s all about what area you are in, BBB is north america wide. Some cities it has value in customers eyes some I would imagine it does not. I think renewal was $350 or so. If I remember correctly first year fee was around $500-600.

Seems like in my area about 10 years ago everyone had BBB on their flyers and marketing stuff. But now I never see it and I would rather pay the money toward more flyers than pay to be able to put that logo on my flyers. good luck

Depends on your level of business.
Have 2-8 guys to keep in money probably do not need it.
You mentioned window Jesus, well he had like 35 people.
They won’t get my money for now, but were on our list of potentials for 2017

$400/ year. i’ve spent money on dumber things. just renewed for my 3rd year it makes a difference with middle aged to older people, it’s not the REASON why they may go with me but it reinforces their decision.
There’s been a handful of customers that have found me through the site so it’s not completely useless.
