Way too many words. More pictures, less words.

Typo in first paragraph. Second paragraph suggest twice a year. Third paragraph suggest quarterly. Just a quick thought. It is a little wordy as @JaredAI just pointed out. Some color might add a little pizzazz.

Too wordy.
Use pictures instead.

there are a lot of pictures on the outsides of the brochure, i’ll add some color background to the text though

the second paragraph is meant to suggest once or twice a year since it is describing the first of the two types of customers described in the first paragraph.

what was the typo?

Of. I guess it’s more of a grammatical error.

thanks, i didn’t see that

The 3 sections for the 3 cleaning options are not delineated very well. It looks like a bulleted list when it should be a heading with underline.

And the typespacing should be done like a newspaper so it looks clean and square.

Also the number 3 and the word three have specific use in body copy.
"…three options on the opposite page" is grammatically correct and also in the headline use “Three different ways…” as opposed to “3 different ways…”. Listing the three different ways as 1.; 2.; 3. as you did after that is fine.

Agreed. Centering everything is a classic lay person mistake. More than likely you’d be better left justifying. I disagree, though, with using “newspaper” style as in the world of technical writing that’s not considered easy to read styling.

This should be helpful, but doesn’t cover everything.

Be sure to print out different designs that you like and see how they look in printed form.

Fantastic article. Anyone who even considers designing their own stuff should definitely read it immediately.

Try something like

“Love the clear view?” Check out our no-contract subscription plans to keep those windows crystal clear all year long.

Or using your brochure language:

“How often should I have my windows cleaned?”

For our penny pincher (or ‘economy’) window cleaning we suggest 1-2 times a year.

For pristine windows year round, we offer x, y z cleaning plans.

Why wait for a beautiful day to remember those windows need cleaning again? Subscribe now! (maybe throw in something free or a discount of some sort especially the ones that pay for the entire year!)
