Assuming ur referring to the wind?..I had one similar this past summer. Wind was blowing the end of the ropes into the road…time to call it a day! Plus, it’s just a pain fighting the wind that high up!

Over here I do believe that at 12 meters per second is the cut off for working at heights (which is 27mph).
