The Official Samurai Boab Thread

@JaredAI The blue looks good! This matches my work colors perfectly. I know @Chris will let us know when the blue Samurai’s can be purchased.

Thank man! Have a great weekend!

Oh my goodness I want that blue one so badly! I have my shopping cart full and waiting to add the blue one now!! Overly excited! Great choice on colors, I like that green but in comparison is odd.

@JaredAI I was thumbing through clothing catalogs from my local printer (looking at more printed work clothes), and Kelly Green is a nice color IMO.

Can your manufacture get close to that color?

I’d rock that green bucket until you get some true neon greens in.

are they goin up for sale?

Yeah, that’s sort of the color I was going for. Maybe john deere or green chile green.

Chris has offered to sell them. I’ll probably let him since there’s only 10 of them.

Yay awesome! I have my full cart waiting to add that.

Thanks for the update Chris.

Used mine for the first time today and was quite happy to get reacquainted with my 30" Ninja. I did a weekly clean of two banks’ entryways, 24 panes total. The Ninja was assisted by my trusty 14" Excelerator and I was daubing Dawn directly onto the 14" Ettore mop with swivel handle T-bar .

Initially the Samurai was tilting forwards too much with the heavier and longer Ninja in the fore slot and the Excelerator fell out while I was detailing. I shifted the Ninja to the aft slot and it was much more level.

The pulling and replacement of tools was smooth, although it will take a bit of practice with the 30". Significant that I wasn’t getting jabbed by the Ninja, which always happened when I tried carrying it in my Moerman bucket.

I didn’t get “wet leg” but I only had a small sample size to work with so I don’t have a relevant observation for that. Next time I use it I will have the 12" Excelerator riding shotgun.
