Does anyone have a Thank You letter that they use for Commercial and or residential customers. I wanted to start sending out thank you letters to some of our commercial and residential customers, as I just don’t have the time to follow up with phone calls.

It does not need to be a letter. It can be a card (what I do)
It is [B]really[/B] a good Idea to thank them
