Thank you friends

First-year cleaning windows complete.

I had maybe 40 hours of window cleaning under my belt when I quit teaching and went full blow in January and I honestly would not have been as successful without the content in the WCR forum and all the videos provided by you wonderful folks. I screwed up SOOO MUCH it was sad. I felt like a squeegee god one moment and the biggest moron in the world on the very next pane!

I did not quite hit my $1 million goal…:):money_mouth_face: But with today’s final few houses I went over my goal for the year by $488.

Now on to implementing all the freakin’ information I have read and watched into creating goals and strategy for next year.

God bless you all. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! :christmas_tree::clock12: God bless :us:

Congrats, you’ll get better. Your’s is more of a trial by fire going it alone, I learned with various other experienced cleaners long before starting my own company.

The main goal is to get the windows as clean as they can be, within reason. Do a little extra for people, you’ll do well. Once customer’s see you are passionate and care about your job, word will get out and business will pile up.

Looks like you bought a business/and their clients for a company that was around in ‘79. My guess is that it must’ve costed quite a bit, but at least it’s all there in place instead of having to look for customers. Good luck in 2019! It’s a new year and your 40th business anniversary

that’s correct. the business model changed several times during the last 40 years and the client list is not what I had hoped but the longevity has benefits. I got it for a pretty fair price. I just haven’t run anything like this in my life.
I’m looking to drastically change things. we are 99% windows right now and I want thi be 70% trash bin and pressure washing and 30% windows.
