Subtle wording help

Are these the type of subtle wording changes that make the difference? What do you think about the front set up in general?

Oh, and to the one weirdo that called me off the site, back off. I wasn’t gonna make a blurred out version.

Lol. Not me but I think the post card is cool.

Slight preference for story but if floor is more common in your area use that instead. Nice card.

Ditto… But wheres the dirty polar bear??

I prefer story… but I would keep it consistent …instead of “single” story and “two” stories… say “one” story and “two” stories.

i disagree, one story can be interpreted more easily to mean all the windows on any one floor

Im not sure i understand what ur saying… are u saying that some residential ppl who read “single story” will expect that price for the 3rd floor of their home if that’s the only floor (story) they wish to have cleaned?

no, people might think that if you say 1 floor

Ohhhh ok i thought u were referring to my post. Sorry mate.

@Trenchfeet

Will, the wording on the top pic is the one I would roll with out of the two.

Are you charging $3 for all the screens or PER SCREEN?

Man. What do you think? I figured each was a given. Back to the drawing board. I’ll post some refinements tomorrow. Thanks for the inputs guys.

I know this isn’t about the wording, but i feel the dark look of it doesn’t give the feeling of bright and clean. Not that it doesn’t look nice, but imo it gives the feeling of impending doom.

P.S. No offense. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Ground floor does sound better or main floor. Wouldn’t want you to get stuck with that special on the 3rd floor. And the white on top if the back ground blends in together. It’s getting there! Oh, make your company name and number bigger, it’s you man, make it stand out

I was thinking about another one with a smiling housewife type on the front smiling at the camera with a window cleaner working in the background. happy wife happy life slogan. Give the real decision maker some ammo against the naysayer…

Sure I’d agree to that price for the third floor. Only if they accepted the two other floors at the exact same price each. No problem. With some rethinking though, thanks. I also don’t want them to say well just do the ground floor then…

What I was trying to say with your one floor add was someone might take it as picking any floor

Don’t over think it, you will need to tweak and adjust the post card down the road.
