Had anyone used streetbidder yet and gotten a new residential customer from it?
What’s the feedback about the service like? As far as were customers impressed with the look and originality? Or creeped out you took a pic of their home and sent them a quote randomly through the mail?
Also, what do you do about window counts and/or the sides of the home you’re not able to see from the street?

At a 3.2 % response rate compared to a 1% it is a no brainier to send out many more. I sent my first small batch yesterday. More to send this week.

2 when they have time… We have been unusually busy. Im not so concerned with the price… We just give it our best guess, and then can go over more formal pricing when they call.
I guess the 1/2 off postcards have been a huge success? What is the call in %?
