I think you pretty much nailed it. Anyone who disagrees with you just doesn’t understand route work. Unless your in a market that has no competition an you can max out your pricing this is spot on.
You totally nailed it with this one. “Maintenance cleaning” is key term I use with customers. It took a while but I learned when and why to skip windows. At first I had the attitude of clean every pane every time, but that changed quickly to just keep the customer happy. Thats the way to do route work, plain and simple.
