This is your best video yet. Learning how to work a route properly is the key to profitability.
I think you pretty much nailed it. Anyone who disagrees with you just doesn’t understand route work. Unless your in a market that has no competition an you can max out your pricing this is spot on.

You totally nailed it with this one. “Maintenance cleaning” is key term I use with customers. It took a while but I learned when and why to skip windows. At first I had the attitude of clean every pane every time, but that changed quickly to just keep the customer happy. Thats the way to do route work, plain and simple. Happy customers are the true product we service, not windows. Always enjoy your videos and your view on the many topics you have covered.
