I think you have way to much content there and possibly scaring people away.
We dont have a clause for this but simply if we experience it we will immediately address it and come to a resolution.
That’s worth considering jhans. I’ve had people say “Thanks for being so clear and thorough” also. I have these specific statements because I’ve had these situations arise and there was a lack of clarity and so some debate about who was responsible. This makes it clear from the outset. I will look at maybe being more concise. Concise is good.
