Safari issue

Has anyone come across an error trying to log in using safari or chrome?

It was brought to my attention from some forum members today…

Issues accurd on cell and iPad.

Never seen it myself. I use my iPad 95% of the time.

yes ! has happened a few times the past 2 days on my phone and reannas. we use chrome

They tried clearing the cache and cookies with no change Chris.

I use chrome and never had an issue with it

Hello guys,

we do not know the cause of this, unfortunately, as it seems to occur randomly to only some users. Can I ask to those who had the issue if you have your account tied to your Twitter or Facebook account? And did you get that error when clicking on the “log in” blue button or even before that?

I had the issue. It didn’t work on my iPhone or iPad. By the time I checked my iMac; I was able to gain access to all my devices. At the same time that I was having the issue. I check the website on my father in laws iPhone and was able to get access to the site. Once I tried to login I got the 502 Bad Gateway error.

I thought that I was being punished for being a bad boy.

No issues here at all but I’m always logged in. Never logs me out

has happened several times last few days. works after a little while. i eventually re started my cell.

Thanks for the tips guys, we are monitoring this. It reminds us of an issue we had a while ago but I still cannot find what could cause this or reproduce it.

We will perform a software update tomorrow and see if it addresses the problem.

It seems to be an issue only when on my AT&T data not WiFi.

yep i use at&t and when not on wifi it does it

Yep the only way to reply is through the emails for me until I go somewhere
with WiFi or when I’ll finally get internet setup at my new place in 5-7
days.

Hey guys just a quick update on the situation. We can confirm that it is affecting people that are on ATT across the board. If you are on wifi its fine - but if you are on cellular only your going to have a problem.

This will happen if you are on any part of the windowcleaner.com domain ( not just the forum )

Apologies - we are actively trying to get it resolved ASAP. :expressionless:

Hello - this should finally be addressed. A quirk between At&T and our own server configuration. Clear the cache of your browsers and then restart them and you should be fine.
