Residential Must Haves

Dogs ever turn down cat treats? Or vice versa?

dogs eat any treat! Most the time I leave the cat treat in their bowl. They can be weirded out about a new snack

I like the taser gun when annoying barking dogs are around my legs…

I would ad to a must have: A flat screwdriver…

I have found a good Leatherman knife saves me many trips back to truck. I use mine everyday, only forgot it once and it was a long day without it.

Ohh… The Leatherman. Had one long ago when I was hired to a other company. It was pretty good!
Are they very expensive?

When I was 17 worked for a guy. He sold his business to a guy. Never worked for that guy but heard plenty.

If he was on the phone with a client and they started to complain it went like this.

Client: Complaint blah blah

Him: $50

Client: more blah blah blah

Him: $100

Client: $100 what?

Him: That’s the increase in your cost for next time so far.

Client: Complaint!

Him: $150

Apparently unnecessary if you have 2.0 liquidators:

This is good advice. I also have a habit of knocking on every door that’s closed, because you never know when the daughter might have slept in and be in bed (happened one time–unacceptable.)

I like to have a sill brush at all times.

I also keep light weight work gloves. It really helps me out if my hands are wet. Also, if you’re going to do something really dirty, throw the gloves on, then you’ll keep your hands clean for touching their drapes, furniture, etc.

I always ask first before I give any of their pets a treat

Good advice all around, and this point is key. Nice job.

This won me a supervisor a couple weeks ago who followed me all day.

Can opener - Like a paint can or a kitchen bottle/can opener with the point.

Vacuum- any preference? Handheld or small shop vac?

Paint can opener.

As for vacuums, love this one:
