Reminder cards work

Had been neglecting sending out reminder cards, had a bunch of customers not serviced in at least 2 years so I sent out reminder cards last week, today booked 1300 in jobs. I’m working at getting SendJim set up so it can be a regular thing.

It’s amazing what we miss because we get lazy with follow ups and keeping in touch with our customers.

I got so busy the last few years taking on new customers I realized I was neglecting the ones I already had, so this season my focus is making sure I’m filling the schedule with as many current customers as possible before taking on new ones
