This thread is nuts. I've seen the drama, and I've also been the one in the past to call out bad design and product materials on behalf of reach-it/Perry. I have purchased numerous amounts of junk reach it products, and I use a mini on a daily basis, along side with the Pro. Yes, the clamps are absolute shit, and yes all the end defenders fell out I believe 2 days in. Don't even get me started on the constructor brush.
I only bring this up to give Perry credit, he has 100% stood by his products for me from the very get go. Any issues I ever had, he has sent a replacement for, no questions asked. I do believe the designs and products are rushed out, and cheap material is used, and nothing is ever actually what I deem as consumer ready - I have never felt reach it products to leave "BETA" phase, to be quite honest - BUT, he has stood by them and took care of any issues.
You also can't beat the size of the mini, it's absolutely perfect for residential.
There is bias everywhere, and I have called out reachit fan boys quite awhile back - defending shit products, which has never made any sense. I will call out a crappy product hands down, no matter who made it. I work with these tools on a daily basis, I don't want to work ON THEM.
