So everyone knows I've not been a Reach-it fan basically since inception. Why? Because I saw Perry Tait fleece so many people in Australia & NZ (in the 10's of thousands) without a care in the World & only sob stories from him on why it didn't work with no regard or regret for the end users. In fact he still laughs About-it (sic), whilst others were left high & dry. Many links have disappeared with time now, but this one still remains...

Initially in 2009, I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt to him, but when I published a blog on Business Boost/Reach-it products I received quite a few emails on people who had bought off him in Australia & either not been refunded or treated badly. So I added a warning for all to see. I think this is what started the rot between myself & Perry, but I was looking out more for window cleaners than have my chance to promote his products. In fact the two biggest major US window cleaning firms dropped Reach-it because of 30% failure rate/returns (documented).
I've also seen him publicly put down a video maker on youtube who I'm sure he thought was the guy to promote his products even more. Not only did he publicly criticise him on social media, he published personal messages between them & made him look a fool. This is typical of a coward who relies on condemnation of another in public to apparently make him look good. The reason that only a few videos were released was because the pole broke!
I've also watched as poor copied WFP reach-it product entered the market & users were subjected to guinea-pig type trials... this broke, that broke, we've changing the clamps etc. I also watched as some suppliers had warranty changes enforced on them after the sale. Reach-it actually changed their warranty 11 times since May 2011 to 2014, doesn't give you much faith does it.
So, if you were in the market for a new WFP, wouldn't you insist on having a real address? All business with Perry is done through an office/suite somewhere in Shanghai (not Ningbo where he operates from) with only a phone number to contact. If you were spending thousands on a WFP or system you would at least expect something a little more revealing. To me that suggests a "fail & run" back up plan.
Every couple of months, Perry & associates need to leave China and need to re-enter again. Surely, legally operating in China doesn't mean you have to leave every 30 days? If you owned a $1000 product (or more) & you knew this - wouldn't it worry you?
Anyhow, this is isn't a huge dig at Perry as a bloke (I've never met him or him me) - it's his business ethos & past actions that seem to have been repeatable over the years, he seems to be a pretty canny sales & marketing guy but not really wholesome in his dealings. When this changes & he refunds or apologises to all he's let down... I'm sure we can talk. Someone told me he is bad mouthing me in videos these days.... same Perry... same spots.
