Race to a Million in sales

Is this my Norwegian friend? If so I lost your number… Call me… or Skype me.

If not. There are more of us that have corporate capabilities lurking in the midst of the same voices regurgitating the same stuff to each other. :slightly_smiling:

@Louie_the_Window_Guy. I respect ambition and a hard work ethic. I hope you do get to a million a year by 2021.

This can be done first year if your willing enough to do what it takes.

The simple fact is… You get exactly what you put out there.

So whatever effort, passion, drive, tenacity, positiveness, financial investment, or anything else to what you are doing. That is exactly what you will get out of the deal.

My short term marketing budget is set to split test and track conversions in the local market. Then I will roll out a real ad spend once my numbers are proven. While that is working I am fine tuning systems and procedures. Then I will roll out a really large ad spend based on percentage gross revenues. But also considering P&L issues any super fast growing company is going to have. If you expect and prepare. It’s OK. Bring it.

1 Million isn’t what it used to be.

Anyone want to race to a Billion? I am starting fresh, and you are already established.

GO.

did not read more than 10 responses but this is why the internet sucks.

Sales might inflate ones ego but is is NOT the same thing as “net income”

Go for it, spend 1.2 million to have sales of 1 million. Feel fucking great. Tell the woman at the bar you have a million dollar company; just don’t tell her you are in debit 200k.

I don’t race to anything but mental happiness.

Stupid people never learn
Smart people learn from their mistakes
Intelligent people learn from the mistakes of others

Ask around, you’ll find many people reduce “sales” and increased “net income” and were happier.

If you want to tell the waiter you own a million dollar business, well good for you (fuck off)

Awesome and well said… Totally agreed. Everyone has their truth and their dream. Everyone has their own experiences. My posts about racing to a goal isn’t about the race. It’s about the goal.

Speaking of… I only share experience not theory. Really dude. I just want epic squeegee satus like you @DaveYogi [quote=“DaveYogi, post:24, topic:35541”]

Right up there with…

Men of Intelligence Borrow; Men of Genius Steal.

Absolutely. Did the same thing with my other Company. Chopped the front end. Kept the back. Just maintaining current clients and slowly but surely adding more as I feel the need. Best thing I ever did, but my truth is I have hypertension and heart problems in my family. So I try to keep it cool.

If I were the waiter I would tell you to F*@k off too. Actually, I would drop some special sauce into your food for being a jerk. Not the way I roll, but you do you my man.

@Skipper That may be your truth. I don’t know. That is for you to decide. I am not sure about you guys. But I don’t like to put limits on my God. I have an absolute belief in myself and the spirit of the universe that guides me along, I know I can accomplish anything.

Winston Churchill once said, “the definition of success is going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.” By that definition and only that definition I am a successful person.**

Edmund Burke once said… “Why accept mediocrity when you can have greatness!

I used to meditate on the Edmund Burke thing… only to realize the reason I was never great before is because I did not believe in my heart and soul, right down to the bottom of my nads… that I could be great.

I didn’t deserve to be alive. Also, my mom grew up hella poor and was an hourly type person. She was always bringing negativity in my life through her… You need to go get a job statements. Everytime something goes awry…“Get a Job”

Last month I spent a LOT of money on her. I looked at her and said. You know… had I got a “Job”. I would not have been able to do this. :)smiley:

It’s cool dude… The last one on this list describes me to the “T” as I am a water sign.

My reality is a little on tilt to most. I get it. You think I am a nut job. It’s cool man. Most people do and I am totally OK with that.

Napolean Hill, Henry Ford, the Rockefeller’s… and all these great minds of the last century all had one thing in common. The firm belief. What the mind can conceive, the mind can achieve.

The problem is… I didn’t believe in my heart I could do it. So I would say it was unrealistic.

My experience. My TRUTH. Is that I have accomplished things everyone else said was impossible before. Why should I limit myself?

That being said… When I first got into window cleaning… and up to about 5 years ago… I was afraid of making money.

Truly afraid because I had seen the person I turn into. I don’t ever have to be that self centered arrogant b@5tard again. Just my own experience. Right wrong or indifferent… It is mine. You can’t take it away from me.

My personal Mantra…

Thank you God for giving me the open mind to have a new experience in my financial life. Thank you for the $10k per day in personal net income I produce even when I am sleeping. My children really appreciate the comfort and opportunity it provides.

(BTW. Even though I am short of my goal at the moment, I won’t be for long.)

Sending PM…

I tell girls one age… Then there is reality. See… That image was right… :astonished:

Depending on size of the market, I think year 5 is doable. We are in year 5 and have a decent shot at it this year. Living in a warm climate helps a lot.

It took me 20 years to hit the million per year actually right under it. That being said I could do it in 5 to 8 years faster with enough money. I have found the larger it gets the less time I spend at work. I have also found the more money the company does the more money in profit I get. The profit numbers are pretty similar percentage from 500,000 to a million. How to get to 2 million and keep profit percentage the same? I would love to hear ideas on that.

I’d love to chat about how money could help you grow faster. What would you put that money into?

Jeremiah couldn’t you just “scale up” since it seems your on a good path now?

my 1st year (2015) end gross just shy 0f 300k. It took hard work, dedication and excellent timing!

Sweet mother! Good job. Can you tell me how you did it? Residential? Commercial? What was the major thing that got you that much in revenue?

Congrats man that is an impressive start!

But remember keep expanding to new clients.

“Never put all your eggs in one basket, the clever fox is always laying in wait”

That is absolutely 100% true. I am working on expanding powerwashing into commercial this year but the window cleaning, I am just looking to expand with several different commercial real estate managers and companies. Another ok tool is imsbarter; they work on trade but I have benefited from their services as well.

i like your website; and it is nice to have this forum and conventions like HUGE in D.C where it is all about helping each other instead of feast or famine. When I started, I reached out to the guy that taught me everything just for a few pointers and got shut down immediately and the relationship changed at the moment.
