Postcard mailing service

Hey guys, so who do you guys use for your postcard mailing services. I know the post office offers EDDM, but I’m. It sure I want to use the post office.I was also looking at radius bomb or vistaprint mailing. Has anyone used vistaprint mailing Services? As I will probably be useing them to create the postcards. How does radius bomb stack up against the competition?

Thanks
Brian

Housecall Pro has an automated postcard marketing feature. What are you using as a back office software? With Housecall Pro, postcards are $.86/per postcard. That includes the printing, postage, and mailing if the postcards. You have the ability to upload your own design, or choose from the many templates we have up there as well.

personally i would not describe hcp mailers as marketing, i would call it RE-marketing as it is only to existing customer and this post was regarding marketing to new customers (unless something has changed).
i have not used either of the services mentioned.

So what do you guys use? What would you recommend to a new business who has some money to spend on marketing and advertising? I haven’t herd good things about EDDM (as far as call backs) but I want to do something.

As far as back office nothing yet. I’m small enough right now it’s not totally needed all I have is quickbooks. However I have been looking at systems such as yours and jobber. Can you give me the quick rub down on your product?

Ya definitely. We work awesome with owner operators, but also give you the possibility to grow. You are obviously able to schedule, dispatch, invoice your customers, set up automated marketing campaigns with post card and email, have a full customer history. We integrate with quickbooks online. One of the biggest and coolest opportunities we have is online booking. You can get booked through Yelp, your Facebook page, your website, as well as our consumer app.

It’s re-marketing, but you can send mailers to all of your customers or direct them at specific segments.

The cheapest way to do EDDM is through the post office. $.17 per post card. The other services like radius bomb are great for targeting a specific neighborhood but the cost is much more (about $.76 ish per card)

edit: I guess prices changed since I was looking last. There more around $.30-60 depending on how many pieces you’re mailing.

edit again: There’s a bunch of company’s selling eddm service at a huge mark up. Go directly to the usps website to get the best deal. Just over $.17 cents

One thing to run the math on and it makes sense on my cost for employees is to have someone do door hanger flyers or postcards in doors for about the same cost as Eddm.

price went up a bit huh?

We grandfathered our current customers at the $.65/postcard, but now it’s $.86/Postcard. That includes the card, postage, and shipping.

I considered that too. It would probably be slightly cheaper to have people pass out door hangers but the advantage of eddm is that they ALL get dropped off on one specific day.
