Pole work. Traditional or swivel squeegie?

What about the supersystem handle? It’s a ledge eze that swivels. That’s what I carry.

No. It is NOTHING like a wagtail. You absolutely can not fan with it on a pole. It’s like a ledge eze that can change the angle of the channel in relationship to the pole.

I also carry a Unger zero degree handle on my belt.

But the standard Ettore handles are what I use almost all of the time.

This here is he problem when trying to explain with limited terminology.
I Attempted to break it down to 3 types of handles yet every one bunches an articulated handle with a swivel thus people get confused.

True you can loosen the screw in articulated handle so its a smooth swivel.

A true swivel handle is loose and can freely fan on a pole.

Squeegees like sorbo or ninja while the handle has the ability to adjust its angle the handle holds firm in the selected angle unlike a true swivel handle.

As far as I am aware wagtail and execlerator are the only true swivel handles on the market, until Herman brings out his…

Maybe I’m misunderstanding… are you saying that you can’t fan with an unger zero degree? If so… I think I just discovered me secret power… I was hoping I’d be able to blow things up with my brain, but doing something only a tiny portion of the population would vaguely understand and probably not care about… that was a solid number 2 :poop:

I remember I had problems when starting to use the 18’ instead of the 14’ on the zero degree handle. Anyone recognise that?

14 on the unger zero degree handle is a work horse…

I always through a 12" channel on there just to make it easy for me. The only problem with the Unger zero degree is that you can’t clean high windows. Mark is cleaning about as hi as you can in his video. Am I correct?

Could those top 2 rows of windows be cleaned with an Unger zero degree? The bottom 2 rows wouldn’t be a problem for me

Yes you could clean those with horizontal pulls or with an angle adapter like the one in the video, but its not the best option you have.

I’ve managed to fan at around 20’ with a 12" channel in a first generation zero degree. It seems to be more about your angle to the glass, then the actual height. That being said… standing a million feet away from the glass to get the right angle isn’t always a viable option…

Here we using 20inch scrubber squeegee.
And 18 foot fibreglass pole that was all we had at the time.
If you have the correct angle to the glass via a angle adapter it should work like in the video.

I own a zero degree Unger handle. Carry it on my belt every day. I almost always use it horizontally. If I had the job in guestion it would get done the traditional way, vertical pulls. I might even finish before the guy in the video waggin. Herman makes it look easy but it’s not. lol
