Other names for Roof Drawings / Anchor Maps

I am moving my company into pursuing more high rise contracts. Many of my customers are compliant and have roof drawings attached to their access hatches that show anchor maps, certifications, acceptable angles, and everything I need to know to clean windows on their buildings. Some customers do not have these documents, and I’ve sifted through their building drawings and been unable to find the right document in their architectural or structural drawings.

Is there a name for these documents that anchor installation companies provide that I don’t know? Does anybody have ideas of what I can tell these customers so they have an easier time finding the anchor and window cleaning documentation for their buildings?

Regards,
D

I imagine that it varies from state to state… I like the idea of having them available on site.

Yes, they are called OPOS

Stands for Operational Procedure Outline Sheet.
All buildings are supposed to have one over 36 feet or so. Most don’t.
