All I have right now is a 22’ gorilla multi positional. I hope that is enough height to do must two stories around here.

Werner type III I am using don’t have those clamps holding two pieces together, they are one inside the other ( the sleeve you are talking about), everything is same, just different rope pull and no bar between flappers.
Perhaps a bit different D-rung profile.

Maybe check Craigslist. You get them in all conditions and sizes. Much cheaper than pawn shop stuff and easily half the price of new. When you are starting out, there is nothing wrong with saving where you can.
