Does anyone send out newsletter? If so, do you mind sharing some of your content? If not, maybe we could gather some ideas so anyone who wants to can send out newsletters using the ideas. I just think keeping yourself in front of a customer is the best way to keep them remembering you.
Interesting idea. Maybe an e-newsletter? One thing you could do is make it monthly w/ a deal of the month special to get things rolling.

I send them out to my customer base periodically. Mine are not necessarily a newletter per se but rather a reminder/tidbit of information e-mail. Like for fall I give them reasons why gutter cleaning is so important and offer them my services. (No reduction in costs though) I always include my telephone number and link to my website: Jencor Cleaning Services Severn, Maryland Residential Window Cleaning Specialist so they can contact me just by sending me a quick message without even calling.
I actually have several gutter clean customers that I have yet to meet. I just send reminder e-mails that we are coming out asking them to have the water spigot on and then I leave a bill.
Years ago I used to send, by mail, a quarterly newletter with my commercial customers invoices. I was thinking of sending a e newsleter monthly to current customers and prospects. When I come up with my first one I will email you a copy.
