Hi,

We are a newer company to the South Florida area and currently have the opportunity to add window cleaning to our services. We have an up coming bid that I was hoping that this community could help with!

Property Description:

Exterior (Can only use Bosun Chairs)

-5 story all glass window building
-377572 Square Footage
-A little over 2500 windows

Interior

-3 Atriums (Need Spyder lift)
-includes all interior glass surfaces

What would be a competitive bid?

Should we Subcontract?

Are you just getting into window cleaning now? Do you currently hold the appropriate insurance and is your crew properly trained for high rise work?

Thanks for the quick response,

We are just opening our southern devision. My cousin and part owner runs his company up in Maine. We have a 3Mil Policy, and our crew from up north is coming down to assist with the outside cleaning.
