We do everything from strip malls to high rises. Any residential stuff we just give to our crew as side work if they want it.

I live in Alaska. I am interested in a working vacation after Christmas but I’m not sure if I could afford temporary housing in the SF area.
Why is Residential work ‘side work’? It’s the most important part of my business from a marketing perspective.
Residential is a great business. It’s just not our focus.
Yeah unfortunately this area is insanely expensive to live in. You could try some of the outskirt areas such as concord, antioch, bay boint, hayward, etc.

Not mine. I take it as it comes-usually high end lake front homes, but storefront and commercial are the prime focus. I hate being locked into seasonal only stuff. Had my share of that in the past. Residential is savings account and toy money.

How much is housing? I’m in WA. but my dad lives in Fresno and I’d like to visit him in the winter. I specialize in Residential. Do you guys teach high rise?
Absolutely, high rise is easy to learn. Swingin a squeegee is the hard part. If you can handle residential with quality then you should have no problem with commercial work.
Fresno is about 3 hours from where we’re at though
As far as the quality goes that comes out of my company, we’re better than some, and not as good as others… lol, but I think our online reputation is fine across fb, google, and yelp for reviews.
