Yeah I saw that. I’m a star today, LOL. He doesn’t like my ladder video tho because he had an accident once with a multi-ladder and now sticks poling for high windows.
I find myself reaching for a pole at every opportunity and pushing my guys to get proficient at it. Using a pole chopped a 1/2 hour off a restaurant where we were using ladders. We are starting to get really confident at pole work.
Making best use of your tools is always key. I use long poles whenever safety is a factor (priority 1) then look at time saving. Beyond that I prefer nose to glass whenever possible.
Uh Oh…Now I’ve done it. 
It seems my window cleaning tools videos are attracting attention from China.
Got an e-mail this morning from a Chinese company wanting me to check out their WC products. LOL
well they only look good enough for a home owner / dui

I had a funny incident last Friday. I pulled into a parking lot to park and do an estimate of a town-house. I turn and look at the white van beside me. Name on the side of the truck, ‘Robinson Solutions’. I was like what-the… LOL
