Good job, it will get noticed and generate some calls.

What do you do with ladders?

I was told by a insurance company if I did not carry a commercial Auto insurance policy not to put company lettering on vehicle. Could deny a claim because it’s uses to support a business. Not sure if it was accurate but did make sense.

I didn’t buy the commercial policy

This is actually 100% accurate. If you have business logo’s or business equipment in the back of a vehiclem and only carry Consumer insurance. And your on your way to or from a job, you can be denied a claim.
HOWEVER, if you just happen to have business logo/information but do not use the vehicle for work purposes. (Taking family to movie theatre and someone hits us) I will be covered 100% as normal. Good thing is having commercial insurance isn’t that much more depending on vehicle. Thats why I have it. BUT, my wifes grand caravan van has magnets and is safe because it is never actually used for work.

Looks good! Nice truck. You will get calls 🖒

Not where I live😂

What a beautiful family. Hey, BL08, tell you what I noticed first in your pick up picture: That driveway needs to be surface cleaned in the worst way. NOW, as soon as you get ahead, invest in some PW equipment and upselling and closing out deals will become beautifully simple. I went to a $900,000+ home the other day on a HA lead. He wanted his windows cleaned, but his house had gotten filthy with mildew and other organisms on his soffit and trim. I would have done him a disservice to clean those 70+ windows without surface cleaning his drive and walkways, cleaning up his soffit and fascia first. I walked away with a $1000 job. Doing the windows this morning.

I totally feel that! I even tried for the last 3-4 years to offer a pressure washing service. Unfortunately during research I found that I need permits from the EPA for waste water disposal and most companies out here are breaking the laws by not mitagating the run off into the storm drains. And lasts 2 years the EPA HAS BEEN ACTIVILY aiming at this companies as Oregon is well known for our oceans and are not taking this crap smoothly…

As much as I would love to PW. As long as I need to spend $3k-$10k a year + many hours at special classes/meetings, I won’t be able to do PW.

Apparently the company I worked for prior doing all the PW. I was breaking countless laws and so was the owner. As I paid all his bills, fines, fees. He never got caught for half of the illegal stuff he did, didn’t make it right. One of the reasons I no longer work for/with him.

GOOD LORD! Man, that sucks. Well, fire up a fatty and don’t sweat the small stuff If I lived in Oregon, I would probably not PW either, if you are accurate (which I have no reason to doubt). OR, I’d freakin’ move. PW is the icing that wins me window cleaning job after window cleaning job.

As a Pressure Washer you need to know the EPA Laws before you start to work. What is allowed to flow into the sewer system and what must be contained? Power Wash wastewater cannot be discharged into the storm sewer if it contains pollutants or cleaning compounds. Cleaning will include buildings, vehicles, and even flat work. State and local authorities can fine anyone who allows wastewater into the storm sewer.

For a local City, but not salem specifically.

I’m getting the same truck this Tuesday, how is it for window cleaning? Good storage? Also I saw the 503 area, Portland Oregon? Or?

Yeah Salem Oregon. I love my dodge. Lots of storage even for the 5.5 bed. And if you don’t need to worry about kids you XX annual back area nicely with out without removing seats.

Awesome man, I’ve got a newborn so I’m looking for that extra room for family. Do you have a ladder rack?

How many kids do you have? I have my 2 and 4 year old boys.

Yeah it’s one of the best family oriented vehicles trucks. Great mid size.

Make sure he air bags have been recall fixed before you buy it.Their legs kinda kick me often but that’s because of their car seats.

When they get older if I haven’t replaced my work vehicle by then. I will end up removing their seats although spring I have a utility canopy being installed on my truck.

Sweet …

How much did you pay for the decal?
