How much safer?

I have to call BS. Itā€™s never about safety. Itā€™s always about money. Anytime you hear cries about safety just follow the money trail and you will always find the true reason for the cries.

The video makes clear that the ladder was quicker which for me makes it more effective. That leaves the only advantage the tool being advertised has and that is safety. Who can argue with safety? The more we push for safety regulation the more likely our product will be the only choice for window cleaners! Three cheers for safety!

Meanwhile the guy trying to feed his family is forced to do things less effectively and make his job harder. All so the manufacturers can make more money. Safety my a$$!

Depends on the person.

Yep and Iā€™m pretty sure those ladders were solid wood back then. Not a job for sissies.

It takes dedication to carry all that gear every day to work and to every job and then back hm and then do it again the next day, to make a living. It funny when you hear today people sayā€¦" I had to walk back out to my truck, I hate that"or ā€œi had to drive 20 mins to get to a clients houseā€ā€™ try walking 5 miles a day with all that gear minā€¦lol

sorry if i offended you. for me the side by side before the ladder scene is more bothersome.
one guy using a swivel squeegee quite effectively while a slow moving bozo who cannot pull straight across and goes over the same downstroke twice! i have never seen nor could i imagine a more inefficient use of any squeegeeof any type and that is why i called it ā€œbogus as a comparisonā€. in this scene both are on the ground, there is no safety factor involved. the only comparison seems to be speed or efficiency and one of the guys does not no how to use the squeegee he has been given or is purposefully using it poorly- that to me, is bogus and it was a direct comparison, hence i felt the video was bogus as a comparison

Iā€™ve used sectional wooden ladders for years, about a 5 piece ladder which is equivalent to some 3 story jobs. But it was heavy as heck. Plus climbing up and down sometimes I got splinters for weeks on end. No longer practical but efficient non the less.

Not offended at all Ken. Are you talking at about a minute and a half in? The ā€œslow moving Bozoā€ is simply a split screen of PolznBladz using a trad swivel handle (Ettore Contour maybe?)ā€¦ a touch exaggerated? Sureā€¦I think itā€™s called ā€œmarketing spinā€ā€¦ hereā€™s another Iā€™ve come acrossā€¦

lol, ok glad youā€™re not.
i hate ā€œmarketing spinā€, to me it is just lies and deception trying to fool those who do not recognize it. dates back to when i was small, a toy company used a massive ad campaign filled with ā€˜spinā€™ to convince me and thousands of other little kids that we wanted the tiger joe remote control tank for christmas. i wanted it so bad i made a huge fuss until my mum (who tried to convince it was a piece crap) agreed to get it for me. worst present i ever got. it would never have sold well without "spin"
sorry to hear it was actually polz taking part.
the other one you posted is definitely a better comparison.

Wait. You mean to tell me that all those people in TV commercials actually CAN use their competitorā€™s product effectively? That they wouldnā€™t ACTUALLY fumble around with a normal blanket and that no one actually NEEDS a Snuggie to get bundled and warm on the couch or in bed?
I FEEL Iā€™VE BEEN LIED TO.
