THANKS @Chris!

PS that thread was hard as heck to find!

I was fumbling on sketchy airport wifi with luggage in tow, desperately searching and trying to figure out the modifiers while delaying boarding (and completely losing signal) for as long as i could, fellow passengers nearly knocking me over, descending the escalator, tablet in hand, shushing my puzzled mom as i fiendishly entered search after search… But, 20 minutes later, alas it was in vain. Quite the adventure though.

That was the hardest part, oh and saying to the wife “Ya I know I need to be up at 5am,.”

But she knows when I smell blood the hunt is on! (I dislike being hungry!)

I am really digging this tool so far. Still getting familiar with what angle works best for different applications, but like how easy it is to fan a big window at 10 degrees using a pole. It’s very smooth, the pad is awesome, and IMHO, easier to use than the original pivoting tool.

We really like our unger zero degree handle, Its our daily work horse, we are looking forward to giving this a handle a shot and see how it truly performs in the daily grind.

Oh, you mean the original, original pivoting tool!

 Yup! So far it been tried and true!

My limited arsenal is void of a true 0 degree handle, so I can’t make that comparison. But my first time using the excelerator at 10 degrees on a pole, I fanned a big plate of glass perfectly. I literally had to do it again to convince myself that just happened.

Serious question? What came first? Original Unger O° (pivot closer to blade than current model) or Wagtail from Oz?

Good question… I believe its the Unger zero degree (pivot closer to blade.)

I believe you are correct.

Very hard to find…

Here’s a video where Don The Window Cleaner busts out an Unger 0-degree from the 80’s (at about the 1 minute mark of the video).
