Well…uh…I’m impressed…NOT!

Keep in mind it was written in 1976

I didn’t read that part. :o

Too bad the guy didn’t see it as a way to build a long-term legitimate business as opposed to the ‘quick cash’ mentality.

Didn’t see that Mike - thanks for updating me.

“$200,000 homes along the beach” Oh you know it was written in the 70’s for sure lol. I think those people made a better investment then he did lol. Let’s see 200k home on the beach roughly 30 some odd years ago. Now worth how much lol. 7 figures maybe 8 in some cases. And I bet the old people who lived in them are all dead lol.

If you didn’t see it - meet the newer competition:

So who is screening these “cleaners” to make sure they aren’t casing housing to rob, or that the customers aren’t allowing convicted felons or molesters into their homes?

I know the internet has made many things easier…including theft

I found this gem today…this “maid” was hired via the internet…

Nude maid accused of really cleaning up

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — A nude maid is accused of really cleaning up at a Florida man’s home. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said a 50-year-old man hired the maid from the Internet on Friday to clean his Tampa home.

Authorities said the woman arrived at the home in a one-piece, light colored dress. She took off the dress and cleaned the house for $100-per-hour. Sheriff’s office spokeswoman Debbie Carter said the man told deputies he left the maid alone in the bedroom to clean.

When the man’s wife came home from vacation, she discovered $40,000 in jewelry missing from their bedroom.

Police are investigating.

Sure he did…

I saw this, too (http://blogs.tampabay.com/breakingnews/2008/05/nude-maid-clean.html). My first thoughts were: “Oh, they call themselves “maids” now,” and “He messed up, and now he’s lying about a theft.”

Where does a nude maid hide $40,000 worth of jewelery!

PM me and I’ll tell you.
