Major problem using Unger Ninja squeegees

This is a WCR forum…“HELLO”… in regard to them being cheap copies, you must be BLIND. They are a HIGH QUALITY CHANNELS.

Have you tried the Channels…

Mark, I respect your loyalty and your opinion in all things window cleaning unreservedly. But, I must say that Ungers response to this problem is to little, to late.

For what its worth. I bought my ninja as well as one for my employee. At first I had issues with the clips coming undone but they sort of wear in. If you like the ninja handle and dont mind the channel (other than the clips) just give it time. Neither my employee or myself havent had a rubber slip since about a month after I bought it.

When I use it I’m being a pervert

They are not the same as sorbo cobra channels. Which is what I am talking about.

No I’m not blind just had my eyes checked to make sure.
What dose the wcr forum have to do with anything it’s a place to talk about window cleaning and sorbo is a window cleaning product. I’m talking about the sorbo corba channel with the plastic ends. Just saying they are the best channels I have used. And no I haven’t used the pickle channels. Cost to much to send them over here. Other wise I would have tried them by now

Happy to hear the eye check up went well…

You said this in this prior post…“Pickle and the rest are just cheap copies” if you have not used it(Pickle Channels) how can you say a product is cheap copy?

In regards to saying this a WCR forum check with what hunterst stated…

Yes, i agree too little, too late. I can’t see the Unger Ninja bouncing back to gain wide popularity. If they change the design and truly believe it to be a winner, they could/should do an initial giveaway to past Ninja purchasers. (Ala,"send us proof of purchase of a Ninja Channel(s) and why you don’t like them and we’ll send you one free channel of the new design)

I like my ninja squeegees, the bucket on the other hand swivels way to easily for me but I press on and just tell myself it could be worse.

I am however going to mount one of the long Ninja channels that I kept on a Wagtail like you recently did. I’ll grind the ends like a Slayer and use a center screw for blade retention. Then I’ll have to find something to use it on, I don’t have any storefronts yet.

Pin it with a rivet.

I was wondering why Sorbo wasn’t offered by WCR. Glad you posted this. Read up a little more on the Sorbo product, or rather, non-product page. Reasoning doesn’t make sense, though - why would somebody close themselves off from a distribution channel? Don’t remember the last time I let my suppliers or competitors make my decisions for me. If that’s really the reason, then it’s an interesting way to do business, though not one I’d care to follow.

.

A formula one car uses ultra light material on purpose ( for speed ) same principle is used in WFP . why is every one using Carbon instead of fibre glass or aluminium ? ( for stiffness but mainly to save energy )

No problems here, been using mine for about 2 months. An 18 and an 8 inch on residential only. Never once has a rubber slipped out of the channel.

Are you still able to slide the Sorbo channels just as easily in the Unger handles?
