Looking for part time seasonal employees

Well over the weekend we had three part time employees quit. So we are looking to hire part time help again. If any of you are or know of someone near the Denver metro area looking for work pm me.

Requirements:

Experience- we’ll train how we run our operations, but no time to show how to squeegee a window.
Clean cut appearance
Drivers License with good record (we have another truck for employees)
Reliable vehicle to get to our home office.
Positive attitude and listens well
No baby mama drama or frequent court appearances!
No smoking on job sites, at home office, or in work truck.

We’re looking to hire an employee meaning we provide: workers compensation, liability insurance, tools, and work truck.

Ouch, why did 3 people quit?

The first had put in an app with Dish TV prior to starting with us. They’re offering 4 days 10 hour shift and benefits (we were only offering 2 days a week). He would like to comeback and work part time after 4 week orientation with Dish. He was not very good at window cleaning so no lost. What really hurt was the husband and wife team with experience that just quit. The night before their first day. We had put a lot on the schedule for them. The wife is having health issues and they live an hour away.

Sorry to hear that…ugh.

Good luck on finding some quality employees.

I got what you looking for, hire me! I only live about 5000 miles away.
If you give me an full time job I take my family and move to Denver.
Just kidding, good luck man.

cant you step it up" parttime- then- fulltime- on- a- promise" [by conducting a big marketing splurge at same time ] the 3 partimers you take on could be engaged initially in the flyering then as the work flows in move into fulltime squeegying. this could land you a crew . even if one or other quits youll have the work really flowing in by then

just my thoughts ,im over in England so what do i know about Denver !

Rather than three part-time workers why not just do one full-time employee or even one at 30 hours a week. It will be hard to find that many people with experience that can work part-time and set yourself up for situations just like you’re in now.

The restrictions you put also cut out 50% of applicants

How much do you pay?

Between 12 and 18 an hour depending on experience and whether they are inside or outside, if they prove themselves we would be willing to talk percentage.

I have been a Broncos fan for decades. I would love to go on a working vacation and see a live game or two!
I know, wrong time of year :frowning:

Hey if you come out in a couple of weeks you can help me with Randy Gradishar’s home🤠

Thanks. We’re going to try this approach. We’re interviewing someone tomorrow. There were reason for hiring those other 3 part timers (no time to get into it), but obviously not the right decision. In fact my wife (co-president of our S-Corp) was against it. As usual she was right. We’re firing myself from office management/HR
