Don’t waste your time. I got a call in September from this company. It’s a property maintenance company that pays you peanuts and expects a Lamborghini for it.

Good morning Hoosier Squeegee,

Thanks for your response. I’m sorry that your experience with Superclean was not a positive one. I’m new to the company and so far my experience has been that we are willing to work with contractors and pay an equitable wage according to the market. Hopefully, everyone will take that into consideration and make a decision based on their personal experience with us.

Best regards,
Laree

Sure, equitable wage. If we lived in the 50’s. Have you ever read one of your own service contracts with contractors?

You think it’s “fair” that all those “fines” are built into your contract to basically screw us out of payment?

Your company isn’t “willing to work” with contractors either. After telling your rep what terms I would agree to (dropping out the screw the contractor fines), she said that sounded fair, would talk to her supervisor and get back to me. She never did, because obviously you guys are hoping for a sucker.

So while you might come here to pretend you guys are fair and just trying to make a buck, your company is predatory to contractors. Pick up a squeegee and mop yourself, and go into business. You’ll soon see how silly the offer your company makes, is.

I went through the whole Superclean process, spending quite a few hours getting everything sorted with them for a commercial contract in Anchorage. I was told that the bid was awarded to myself… and that was the last I heard from them in May. Superclean contacts I have will not respond to emails or phone calls. The very popular, large retail building has filthy windows still and winter is already here. Waste of my time.

Lol.

“great” company to work with, huh?

Thanks for the straight info. I will get my own clients, no interest in some PM cutting into my margin.
