I wouldn’t use carbon copy for a contract…use email…just sign and scan over the contract and let them sign and send back to you…I did advertising sales for golf courses for a few years and never met someone one on one, it was all phone and email. But what do I know, I’m just a window licker :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Sounds like you know what you want. Use excel or word to make a sheet that fits YOUR needs.

Design your own. You must have some idea what you do and don’t want on it. Keep it simple and to the point.

This is how my Commercial Invoices are done. I receive the signed PDF and I’m good to go.

You don’t need that. You are making it more complicated than it needs to be. Make a proposal, have them sign off on it, do the job, collect the pay.

I made it simple for me. It is accepted. It works.
