Those that know him know what a blow this is to the industry. Those that know him have always spoken highly of Jim, and it really is a testimony to a man’s character - what his peers think of him after he’s gone.
I’ve known Jim & Jacinda for about 19 years, and they are the epitome of “good people.”
Keep Jacinda in your prayers, and please, whatever you’re doing Saturday at Noon - take a moment of silence in remembrance of a true legend of this industry.
Jim was a great friend a mentor to me. He showed me what was possible in this business. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends today.

Jim Willingham’s funeral is set Saturday the 19th @ 1:00, at Sanders Funeral Home located at 1420 Main, Lubbock TX 79401
Jacinda has reserved a block of rooms at the Arbor Inn & Suites. Reservations can be made by calling 806-722-2726.
Jacinda would like lots and lots of flowers at the funeral home. Jacinda has said we could order from United Super Market florist on 98th and Quaker Street, 806-791-0220.

We had the pleasure of meeting Jim at the convention in TN. He was to say the least quite a character!!! We enjoyed having drinks with him and talking about everything but window cleaning. My face hurt from laughing so hard with him. He will be greatly missed.

Those of us (like myself) who knew Jim & Jacinda on a personal basis know exactly just how genuine they both were always.
You should also realize now…that you were indeed rubbing shoulders with a legend! Be grateful not sad;)
