Feb 20, 2016 10:21:22 PM - Shipped complete next day. Except for 1 item that was on back order, which shipped three days later.
So I think what we may have here is an issue of you not receiving tracking numbers & order updates. They are automated, and they do sometimes get trapped in spam filters.
But that aside I feel your pain and frustration, so I just executed you a refund on your most recent order from us for 50% of the total amount of your order. Look for that to hit your card tomorrow or the next day.
