Perhaps the “theft” word is a semantics issue, but there most certainly is a legal term when one of two parties does not receive the services promised as part of a written or verbal agreement.
Perhaps my wording (theft) wasn’t used properly. Not one of my strengths but everyone knows what I meant.

Cool just hope you realize San Diego people are cool and the Doug guy is just a bad apple, simple as that. I hope everyone gets the money back, being ripped off sucks especially if you work hard. Glad you didn’t take offense, I try to maintain friends and not enemies

It is theft on personal, ethical and moral terms just not legally, personally I hope he gets sued and/or everyone gets the money they spent back. I just wouldn’t count on it based on his actions ie shutting down his websites etc, he is not a man of ethics and his word is not bond thats for sure
