Ipc Screen Cleaner

Hello Everyone,

Just ordered the IPC screen cleaner. How does it work on real dirty screens and does anyone regret buying one.

Thanks Mike

I think it works great on dirty screens, no buyers remorse here. I don’t use it on every job, but like the wfp it’s just another amazing tool to have in certain situations.

i actually made my own for around $75.00 I added a ball valve on the inlet side with a separate hose with a chemical injector for really dirty screens. I spray with soap then run through the brushes an they come out looking like new.
the biggest benefit is the customers really love the screen machine they feel like they are getting there money’s worth.

Pics and video please!

Ditto!

ok i will post pic on mon or tues

Thats good to know thanks for answering.

Ya i cant wait to see this. chemical injector huh interesting! Looking professional is a bonus for sure

I tried one at a local janitorial supply; just the water isn’t enough on our fine Southwest dust. I am VERY interested in a soap/chemical injector!

Can’t wait

Here is what I use daily. I have added a Lexan splash guard to the base that is not shown in the picture. Chris and Alex have been kind enough to allow me to sell the building plans and parts list for my design through their store. Everything is available at Lowes and runs around $115. Yes it can be built cheaper, I just splurged on a few parts. I will have the plans completed in a week or so, so stay tuned!

That’s awesome. Can’t wait for more. I’m building my own for sure

Can’t wait. I was going to build my own as well but I don’t have a lot of confidence in my building skills. lol

Wow that looks nice. Does that break down doesnt look like it that would be the only down fall for me until i get my van at least.

Unfortunately, no. It would be too flimsy. The cement in the joints is permanent. I use a trailer for all my gear, so size wasn’t a huge concern. It needed to be wide enough to be stable and tall enough for a fairly large screen. The IPC screen cleaner looks great-stable and probably really good for employees to use since it looks to be made out of metal.

I like what you did here, very basic, yet very useful. I did get a Lowes gift card from a customer, maybe I will build it this weekend.

Just finalizing the plans now-i will get them to Chris and Alex maybe as soon as tomorrow.

I like that idea. I am going to make one for this season. Going to look for the list of parts.
