I’ve taken a few jumps - setup a LLC, bank account, Square reader, and in the middle of getting city licenses/ and finding general liability insurance.

Good to hear buddy! Just keep plugging. Don’t overthink things and just get out there, make contacts, be visible.
Smile, eye contact, use their name. Simple but effective.
Nothing like landing a new account. You’ll want to call someone each time, just out of joy! For me, it’s my wife - "hey there, so we just got So-and - so. 50 bucks every other week…"
or something like that.

Done window cleaning (residential, commercial, CCU etc) for nearly year and a half altogether - I love it!
I have backend questions like:
How do you handle customer information? What definite steps do you take to repeat business?

Check into workers Comp insurance it is required in many areas.
