SWCR has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced lol… the CS here should be the standard for every vendor out here !

Yup, no doubt about it Chris and folks…world class…setting a unique and high standard. Kudos. Customer service generally stinks today: it’s a nickel to pinch. Cue cards and, "Okay ______, I’m going to take care of that for you (then put you on hold, disconnect, give the run around, change the subject, _______put your frustrated effort here…yup, customer service today stinks. You folks set the standard and are a pleasure to do business with. :1st_place_medal:
